Returns and refunds

Voluntary return policy
We offer a voluntary 30-day return policy for NULL.ONE from the date of delivery. Please contact us by email before making any return and provide your order number. You will then receive return instructions.

Condition of the goods
For hygiene reasons, we accept voluntary returns only if the sleep mask is unused, unworn, clean, undamaged and returned complete with all accessories and, where possible, in its original packaging. Opened or used hygiene products are excluded from the voluntary return policy. Statutory claims relating to defective or incorrectly delivered goods remain fully unaffected.

Return shipping costs
For a voluntary return, you are responsible for the direct return shipping costs. For damaged, defective or incorrectly delivered goods, we will cover reasonable return shipping costs following prior agreement.

Refunds
Once we have received and inspected the return, we will notify you by email. Approved refunds will be issued within 10 business days to the original payment method. Depending on the payment provider, it may take additional time for the credit to appear.

Damaged or incorrect delivery
Please inspect your delivery upon receipt and report any damage, defects or incorrect items as soon as possible, including your order number and clear photos, so that we can arrange a replacement or refund.

Cancellation
As long as an order has not yet been handed over for fulfilment or shipped, we will try to accommodate a cancellation. Please contact us as soon as possible. Cancellation after shipment is not guaranteed.

No general statutory right of withdrawal
Under Swiss law, there is generally no statutory right of withdrawal for online purchases. The 30-day return policy described above is offered voluntarily by LUXNULL.
